The Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation for Peace is an educational peace charity which aims to inspire and enable people to lead more peaceful lives by helping them understand the nature and causes of conflict.

The Foundation was formed after the IRA attack on Warrington which killed 12 year old Tim Parry and 3 year old Johnathan Ball. Based in a purpose built state-of-the-art 'Peace Centre' the Foundation is dedicated to working with adults, children and peace organisations which aim to resolve conflicts at a local, national and international level.

Our vision is to inspire people to lead more peaceful lives. We do this by delivering programmes which challenge perceptions and prejudice in order to encourage tolerance and acceptance of diversity.

The Foundation believes that lives should not be lost or ruined because of man's inability to resolve their differences peacefully. Everyone has the right to live a long and happy life without fear of violent conflict. However, to live in peace we all have a responsibility to make it happen.
