In every conflict there are people who seek resolution by using non-violent methods. peace direct supports and promotes their work, and seeks to place it at the heart of Government policy and charitable giving. Part of this work is to identify peacebuilding groups in conflict areas, link them with appropriate support groups in the UK and publish evidence of successful initiatives that reduce violence in areas of conflict.
